The seven chakras

We are more than just the physical body. Our body is an energetic system through which the universal life force flows. Our seven chakras are a part of this energetic system – they connect us with the larger part of ourselves, the universe, and at the same time they hold the secrets to a healthy, prosperous and gratifying life.

There are several dimensions to life but we limit ourselves to only the third dimension, however a baby is born with the ability to see multiple dimensions but quickly learns to focus on the third dimension by ignoring the other dimension realities.

A chakra is a vortex point where the stream of consciousness from your higher self, which is energy which we call Prana, feeds into the physical human form.  The body organ systems will arrange itself according to the blueprint of the energetic chakras and meridians.

The seven main chakras are aligned along the spinal cord and they have very vital functionalities not limiting to the physical health but also controls aspects connected to our emotional, mental and belief system. Every perception, attitudes or thoughts that is generated from our mind whether positive or negative affects the chakras.  Even the food that we eat influences them.

For a lot of us in the present day, the chakras are either blocked or full of negative energies taking into consideration the quality of life that we choose to live. However the good thing is that with a little understanding and consciousness, the chakras can be healed and empowered to to instantly uplift any aspect of your life

Getting into the subconscious.

The mind is a powerful stuff.  If you chew food while eating, count while chewing or try to chew 50 times for instance, you will notice food will slowly go down your gut before reaching the count of 50. For some it maybe after 10 chews or maybe more depending on the habitual eating pattern stored in the mind.  This is just to say that how the mind is in control of everything that happens to us.

432Hz Music

Modern science has begun to recognize what the ancient mystics and wise men have told us for centuries; that everything is in a constant state of vibration. Everything down to the smallest physical particle to the things we cannot not perceive with our (yet) limited senses.

The most elemental state of vibration is that of sound. Everything has an optimum range of vibration (frequency), and that rate is called resonance. When we are in resonance, we are in balance. Every organ and every cell in our precious body absorbs and emits sound with particular optimum resonate frequency. 432hz and 528hz tuned music creates resonance in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.

The importance of not giving a F*CK

Ever spent some time to decluttering your house or room? We invest time from time to time into gathering unwanted stuff that takes unnecessary room in our house. Gathering everything in the middle of the floor and deciding what brings joy  and then throwing away every old bank statements or unused objects.  Similarly have you ever thought of gathering task, obligations, regrets, relationships and do a decluttering activity mentally. Well, that makes a lot of sense if you think about it, and by doing so we can effectively focus our time, energy and money on things that matter and that makes us happy.

Social Media: Unplug the wires

A few years back, when I was growing up there was only SMS and voice call.  Messenger or whatsapp did even not exist, Skype did and even Facebook but only to an insignificant extent, access to those were mostly on computers and mostly unavailable on mobile phones.  There was more of a real world rather than a virtual world and life was completely different, more family time existed.  People lived and not just “like” and “follow”.   At the moment, social media has spread its tentacles over virtually all domains of human life.  When at one time we questioned how we could live with social media, we now question how we could live without it.

The content on these engines are engineered and everything is targeted specifically according to the marketing strategies of those companies. Scrolling on Facebook or Instagram feeds can make us feel inferior.  The human mind is being constantly programmed online, We are governed, our minds molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested.

Let go of the past – A Story of Two Monks

One day, two monks set out for a temple in a valley beyond the woods. While cutting a pathway through the woods, they came across a choppy stream they needed to cross. There, stood by the bank of the stream, was a beautiful young maiden dressed in silk. She was clearly at a loss as to how to cross without getting muddy and wet.

So, without thinking twice, the elder monk gestured to pick her up. Shocked, she obliged. He put her over his shoulder and waded across to the other side. The younger monk, dismayed and uneasy at what he had witnessed, followed in tow.
